We have centres held in OneSpace,Fitness First Cottons,Downham Health and Leisure Centre,David Lloyd,and Fitness4les.Urban Krav Maga is a mixed of differentr martial arts styles such as Karate; Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Traditional Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, Boxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwan Do and MMA. We focus in providing Reality-Based Self Defence classes. Your first class is completely FREE of charge (excludes private lessons and private classes), giving you a chance to watch or take part, to see if Urban Krav Maga is for you.
