ABOUT THIS BUSINESS

We hold Yoga Classes at movingartsbase, 134 Liverpool Road, Islington London N1 1LA Tanya has been practising yoga for eleven years and teaching for two, she is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga. She is drawn to styles and teachers of yoga that work safely and intelligently with our bodies; she is inspired by her teachers Catherine Annis, Kate Ellis, Sarah Litton, Jane Kersel and John Stirk, and is currently assisting Catherine and Kate on the latest Triyoga teacher training.
