Gunnersbury Fitness offers wide range of fitness and exercise classes such aerobics, pump, running course, cardio circuits and spritely. They have classes available in different fitness levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced for people aged 18 to over 80.
Paul Bates is your Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. He is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and some of his qualifications include: YMCA Personal Trainer and Exercise and Fitness Knowledge (Level 3).
